There's just something about a real Christmas tree for me. My poor dad still buys a real tree to this day because I refused to allow him to get a fake one when he proposed it one year - blasphemy! I know there are a lot of benefits to a fake one not to mention some people are allergic and don't have a choice but this family still gets a real one each year.
If you're like us and love getting that real tree, here's a guide to local tree farms and markets in the area you can find your perfect tree at!
Please, please call ahead to make sure trees are still available as I know lots of these places sell out fast! In addition, hours can change based on the weather and I wouldn't want you packing the family in the car and driving an hour to be disapointed! Lastly, make sure to check each businesses website on what you might need to bring if you're chopping down your own - most provide the tools but you might still need something to wrap and tie to your car.

They use 4-wheelers to haul trees cut from the field, and customers, especially children, often enjoy a ride on the quad.
